The 3-hour SLA only works if your slot is locked on our calendar. We're blocking 3 hours of focused engineer + designer time exclusively for your build — that capacity is gone once we commit. Pre-payment is what makes it real. If we miss the build SLA, you get a full refund. If the scope locks and we deliver it, the work is paid for. Nothing in between.
That's what the Hour 2 review is for. By Hour 2 the site is live on a staging URL — you see exactly what you're getting, and we make live edits until you sign off. After Hour 2 sign-off the design is locked. We don't issue "I changed my mind" refunds once a sign-off has happened — but you'll never be surprised at Hour 3 because you literally signed the design at Hour 2.
Mid-build scope changes break the 3-hour SLA — so we don't accept them inside the 3 hours. Anything not in the kickoff scope is a separate quote and a separate slot. This rule protects both sides: it's why we can promise 3 hours and mean it.
If we don't hit the 3-hour build SLA — measured from when we both agree the kickoff call has ended to a live staging URL with test-mode payments and forms working matching the agreed scope — we refund the full amount. The DNS / KYC / bank-verification steps are outside the SLA because they aren't on our clock; we tell you up-front what's pending before the kickoff begins. We do not refund for subjective dissatisfaction, mid-build scope additions, or third-party delays.
